Refund policy

Um Ihnen die Rücksendung oder den Umtausch Ihrer Artikel zu erleichtern, bieten wir europäischen Kunden die Möglichkeit, die Artikel kostenlos zurückzusenden oder umzutauschen.

Sie können jeden Artikel innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Erhalt Ihrer Bestellung an uns zurücksenden, vorausgesetzt, die Artikel befinden sich im Originalzustand. Dies gilt auch für Sale-Artikel.

Schicken Sie uns dazu bitte eine E-Mail an aftersales@leomathild.com, damit wir uns darum kümmern können.

 Dazu benötigen wir folgende Angaben:

Nachdem wir diese E-Mail erhalten haben, werden wir Ihnen ein Rücksendeetikett zukommen lassen.

Leider können wir uns ohne diese Angaben nicht um Ihre Rückerstattung kümmern. Vergewissern Sie sich daher, dass die erforderlichen Informationen in Ihrer E-Mail an aftersales@leomathild.com angegeben sind.

Jede Rückerstattung wird automatisch auf die von Ihnen für die ursprüngliche Bestellung verwendete Zahlungsmethode ausgestellt. Dies dauert in der Regel 10 Werktage in Deutschland, abhängig von Ihrem Bank-/Kartenaussteller.

Wir bemühen uns, alle Rücksendungen zu akzeptieren solange die Schmuckstücke ungetragen und sicher verpackt sind. In dem unwahrscheinlichen Fall, dass ein Artikel in einem schlechten Zustand an uns zurückgeschickt wird, kann es sein, dass wir ihn an Sie zurückschicken müssen.

Sie können den Ring ohne Gravur innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Erhalt Ihrer ursprünglichen Bestellung zurückgeben oder umtauschen. Dieser Service ist in Europa kostenlos und versandkostenfrei. Wenn Sie diesen Ring mit Gravur bestellt haben, handelt es sich um eine individuelle Anfertigung, die nicht zurückgegeben oder umgetauscht werden kann.

For your convenience, we provide you with a hassle-free way to return or exchange your items free of charge for European costumers.

Any item is returnable to us within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the items are in the original condition. This includes sale items.

Unfortunately we can not take care of your refund without these details, so make sure the required information is stated in your email to aftersales@leomathild.com.

Any refund will automatically be issued to the card you used to place the original order. This typically takes 10 working days in Germany, dependent on your bank/card issuer.

We aim to accept all returns as long as the jewelry is unworn and securely packaged. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in poor condition, we may have to send it back to you.

Note concerning the BRIDAL collection: 

You can return or exchange the non-engraved ring within 14 days of receiving your original order. This service is free of charge and shipping costs in Europe. If you ordered this ring with engraving, it is a highly customized process - which can not be returned or exchanged.
