RETURNS

For your convenience, we provide European customers with a hassle-free way to return or exchange items free of charge.

Any item may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that it is in its original condition. This also applies to sale items.

To request a return or exchange, please either complete our online return form or contact us by email at aftersales@leomathild.com.

To process your request, we require the following information:

  1. Order number
  2. Reason for return
  3. Whether you would like a refund or an exchange

Once we have received your completed form or email containing the required information, we will provide you with a return label.

Please note that we are unable to process returns or refunds without the required information. If you choose to contact us by email, please ensure that all necessary details are included in your message to aftersales@leomathild.com.

Any refund will automatically be issued to the original payment method used to place the order. Processing typically takes up to 10 working days in Germany, depending on your bank or card issuer.

We aim to accept all returns, and items do not need to be returned in their original box or bag, provided they are securely packaged. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

Note concerning the BRIDAL collection:

Non-engraved rings from the BRIDAL collection may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order. This service is free of charge within Europe, including shipping.

Please note that engraved rings are personalised products and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.
